Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Kim Rajner
My name is Kim Rajner. This is my 19th year teaching at Wolf Hill School! I love teaching and am especially grateful that I have the opportunity to work with the students and parents of Oceanport.
I graduated from Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!) in 1995 with my degree in elementary education. My concentration was in Language Arts and I also got a Technology Endorsement. After teaching 4th grade for awhile, it was time for me to return to school. I graduated from Rutgers University with my masters as a Reading Specialist. Although it was sad to leave 4th grade, it was time to change and I was excited to use my new degree. My first year as a Reading Specialist was full-time and my schedule was split between reading and the gifted & talented program. After having my first daughter, I returned to school part-time as a Reading Specialist. To this day, I continue to work with students who need enrichment or intervention in the area of reading. The best part of my job is that I get to connect with so many different students from all of the grades at Wolf Hill. I love coming to school each day and sharing the love of reading with the students of Oceanport.
My husband, two daughters, and I reside in Little Silver where I try to find time to play with my girls, cook, garden, and of course, read! We also have a black lab, Margo, who is known to make an appearance during the 4th grade picnic to show off her frisbee catching skills.
